It was a great night with friends and clients at our Pre-Mipim Event last week. Thanks to those that attended who ensured a thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all. Many thanks also to Ligne Roset for hosting the event in fantastic surroundings of their West End showroom.
The latest blog article has been added to the [blog page]blog section dealing with our thoughts on building up above the roofline, taking a closer look at our recently published project on Rathbone Street; a rooftop development in central London.
A great article on our duplex apartment in London has been featured in the Evening Standard which includes an interview with another happy client! The project introduces a unique internal glazed courtyard into the top floor living area creating a light and airy feel.

Our Pond Street project has been featured in the Homes & Property section of the Evening Standard and in the Homes & Design section of The Independent. It’s a great piece that shows how the project successfully balanced the client’s needs and the heritage requirements of the building. It can be found online here.
Another successful planning approval has been received. We were employed by Xen-Do Martial Arts to undertake a change of use planning application for an estate agents office to a Martial Arts Studio in busy area of Baker Street.
Planning approval has been granted for our new project in Park Village West continuing our successful work there being our 3rd commision on the street. The project will involve an extension and interior refurbishment to the Grade II* listed Crown Estate property. The project is due to go on site in 2014.
We have started on site with an office to residential conversion on Porchester Place in the heart of the Hyde Park Estate in central London. The project, expected to be complete by summer 2014, is for the Church Commissioners and Knight Frank.
