Another project is starting on site this month continuing on from our busy start to the year. Belsize Lane is a renovation and extension of a large Victorian Belsize Park maisonette. The sculptural extension uses multifaceted glazing to increase area of the ground floor and create a large terrace above.

8 KENT TERRACE – MAY 2013

Work has started onsite on a Grade 2* listed Nash terrace house in Regents Park. It will comprise interior remodelling and refurbishment as well as a new glass and lead extension. The new building and the old are separated by the formation of a glazed pocket courtyard. Check back for updates.

Our new project in South Hill Park, Hampstead is starting on site. It will comprise an extension to the ground floor flat and refurbishment to the interior. The extension is an interesting multifaceted form clad in zinc that will add considerable space to the property. Updates will be posted regularly.

MIPIM – MARCH 2013

We had a successful week at MIPIM meeting lots of interesting people, picking up lots of ideas and making lots of great contacts for the future. It was good to be on the RIBA stand under the branding of British architects, who remain greatly in demand internationally. There is definitely a more optimistic outlook around the construction industry; especially in London and the opportunities created by Crossrail.
